Brown Foundation Academic Scholarships

Effective with the 2009 award cycle these scholarships have been superseded by the Brown Foundation's Teacher Quest Scholarship Program.

The Foundation received 60 applications for the 2006 award cycle.

Danelle Joy Anderson
Flagstaff, AZ
Ms. Anderson will graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University in the Fall of 2007. After graduation she plans to go back to her home on the Navajo Reservation and teach history.

Elmira Ratliff
Greenwood, MS
Ms. Ratliff is an English Education major at Alcorn State University. She plans to pursue a Master's degree and become a secondary English instructor in her home state of Mississippi.
